Fogging Machine Sanitization Machine

Fogging Machine Sanitization Machine

Intoduction Of Fogging Machine Sanitization Machine

An apparatus called a fogger machine, sometimes referred to as a fogging machine, fumigation machine, or fogging device, is used to distribute liquid solutions as a fine mist or fog. These devices are employed in many different fields, including agriculture, pest control.

A fogger’s job is to cover surfaces by uniformly dispersing liquid solutions across a predetermined area.

Machines that produce foggers use liquid solutions to create fine mists or fog that resemble clouds and can enter the atmosphere and land on objects. A fogger’s droplet size is very important since smaller particles provide better coverage and distribution.

Particle sizes range from 0.5 microns to 30 microns, and are regulated. The range of visible for 20ft to 40ft adjustable by adjustable valve.

Note: * use of chemical in thermal fogger is insecticide, fungicide, or disinfectant.

Types of Fogging Machine

There are several varieties of fogger machines, such as ULV (Ultra Low Volume) foggers, which are cold foggers and thermal foggers with separate mechanisms for producing and dispersing fog. While ULV foggers produce a fog or thin mist with little liquid volume, thermal foggers use heat to create a fog.

Thermal Fogger

  • The combustion chamber is the focal point of a thermal fogger, a type of fogger that works by using heat to turn liquid solutions into a mist or fog. Depending on the kind of thermal fogger, this chamber may be heated by an electric element or a fuel source (such as butane or propane).
  • The liquid solution is pumped into the combustion chamber by a pressure pump, The pump pressurizes the liquid and forces it into the heating chamber, once in the combustion chamber, the liquid is subjected to high heat. This intense heat causes the liquid to vaporize rapidly, turning it into a hot, dense fog.
use of thermal fogger in pest control, mosquito control, this type of fogger is commonly used in various applications, including pest control, insecticide application, and outdoor disinfection

Cold Fogger machine or ULV Fogger machine

Cold Fogger or ULV  Fogger or An Ultra Low Volume (ULV) fogger generates a fine mist of droplets without the need for heat. Cold foggers disperse liquids into small droplets by forcing air under high pressure. fogging equipment that generates a fine mist of droplets without the use of heat. Hospitals, public spaces, buses, aeroplanes, and other vehicles are sanitised with ULV foggers.

How Thermal fogger work

Thermal foggers consist of a heating element or chamber. an insecticide or disinfectant is pumped into the heating chamber.
The heat from the chamber vaporizes the liquid, creating a dense fog composed of tiny droplets. These droplets size are usually in the range of 5 to 30 microns.

How ULV Fogger Work

The high-pressure air system that cold foggers are fitted with, which consists of a strong air compressor or blower, produces the necessary high-pressure air to atomize the liquid. The cold fogger’s nozzle is specifically made to disperse the liquid into little droplets. The size of the droplets and the flow rate can be adjusted with these nozzles.

The solution tank’s pressurized liquid is driven through the nozzle at a rapid speed by the high-pressure air and the nozzle’s design, which atomizes the liquid and produces a mist of minuscule droplets that are driven forward by the high-pressure air stream.

Because of their versatility, cold foggers can handle liquid solutions that are either oil- or water-based. Because of their adaptability, they can be used for a wide range of tasks, from disinfection to bug control, depending on the situation.

Adjustable Setting

The flow rate and droplet size of cold foggers can be adjusted. Because of its adaptability, customers can customise the fogging procedure to fit the unique needs of various applications

Classification of Fogging Machine Sanitization Machine

  1. Mini Fogger
This types fogger have a small tank capacity (1-2 litters.) and sanitize a very small area such as where living 2-5 people around and easy to use.
  2.  OT Fogger
This Type of machine is very useful to senitize in OT room before surgery in hospitals and nursing home.
  3.  Electric Fogger
The fogger have high capacity motor and run on electricity to create a fine mist or fog is called eleceteric fogger or fumigation machine.
  4.  Battery Fogger
The fogger that need a battery to run and create a fog are called battery fogging machine. this type of fogger specially use in home or small area to disinfact.

Its use in agriculture for varieos reason.
Its use to maintain hygiene control or bacteria free in public place.
The greatest instrument for quickly and easily eliminating bacteria and germs
mostly use in hospitals , pharmacies.
It’s also used in labs, dairy farms, and the food packaging sector.

Pros Of Fogger – Benifits Of Fogger

It’s the greatest instrument for cleaning your home, workplace, backyard, garden, farm, etc. of bugs, pollutants, and dust.
Since neither adults nor children are harmed by the fog or smoke that the machine creates, it can be used anyplace.
For sanitising the areas where you live and work during the day, this is the finest product.
You may use the steriliser smoke machine touch-free thanks to its autonomous induction output mechanism.
Because they are composed of premium ABS materials, the product has a long and robust lifespan.
In order to achieve the desired result in a matter of minutes, the machines sanitise the space using high pressure.
